- Payment is to be made by cheque. If you require your
order within 5 months 100% payment must be made. If over 5
months you must make a 50% non-refundable deposit followed by
50% on approval of proofs.

- Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any extras
that you may order. However, We're sure that you will find
them to be a great keepsake that you may wish to keep as a
memory of your perfect day! We cannot offer refunds on any
cancelled orders.

- Orders are dispatched via insured delivery that will require
a signature. Orders over £400 will receive free delivery,
orders under £400 will be subject to a £20 delivery fee.
To ensure safe transportation we will package all flat products
in protective bags whilst pyramid invites are packaged with
shredded paper.

- All of our products are handmade and are subject to slight
variations. You will find 100% quality and individuality
within your chosen theme. We're sure that you will be
delighted with your goods, however, please check your order and
contact us within 24 hours with any queries.

- We suggest that you order your stationary at least 5 months
before your big day (although we're sure that you're so excited
that you're looking at this page months before anyway!).
However, where possible we will try to accommodate all orders at
shorter notice.

- To make your day perfect we will be able to make alterations
to your order (subject to cost / timescale limitations) but it
is advisable to order all items simultaneously as materials are
subject to change or discontinuation.

- If you would like names hand-stamped or printed on your
place names please ensure that all names are emailed to us at least 6
weeks before you require your order. Printing is free of
charge, however hand-stamping is subject to an additional 20p
charge per place name.

- Please be aware that some products used in the handcrafting
are small and may cause a chocking hazard for children so please
exercise due care.
